Travel nurses don't work 9-to-5, and the building isn't pretending you do. The washer and dryer are in the unit, so scrubs go in when scrubs go in. Assignment dates
The exact start date and length on file with your agency. Leasing uses this to plan lease start, move-in, and any early-termination paths.
Hospital floor or unit
Cardiovascular, Mott, Adult ED, somewhere else. The unit you're stationed on changes which campus entrance is fastest from Packard Row and which parking option makes sense for your shift.
License verification contact
Most agencies handle Michigan license verification directly. Bring the agency's contact so leasing can route any verification paperwork on the housing side without back-and-forth.
Pet, if any
Up to two pets per apartment, cats and dogs. Bring current vet records, plus any service-animal documentation if it applies. The rest is handled at signing.
Parking and EV charging
On-site parking is available, and the building has EV charging stations. If you'll need an EV stall, mention it so leasing can confirm a spot for your assignment window.
First-day badge timing
Michigan Medicine onboarding usually starts a day or two before clinical shifts. Knowing your Day 1 lets leasing schedule the move-in walkthrough so the building isn't an open variable on the morning you're supposed to badge in.

T-3 weeks
Agency offer accepted
Travel-nurse contracts most often run 13 weeks. Once the offer is signed, RNs start looking for housing within a few days.
T-2 weeks
Tour, virtual or in person
Tours run around current-assignment shifts. Video tours work for RNs flying in from out of state, and they happen on a live call with the leasing team, not a pre-recorded clip.
T-1 week
Lease executed
Packard Row leases run 12 months. Leasing walks through alignment paths (extension into a follow-on assignment, transfer to an incoming colleague, early termination per the published lease terms) at signing so the lease and the assignment don't surprise each other later.
